In the Pridelands, Ahadi and Uru reign and look after their two sons. To the north, the small Intaba Pride lives in the mountains, wondering how to make their pride grow. To the east, the huge Amanzi Pride rules the river with full bellies. In the west, the Amashwa Pride struggles to catch enough prey. Rogues gather in the dessert to the south, and in the Elephant Graveyard, the hyenas plot revenge against all lions.

Be active! I don't like it when people join and then disappear without even posting once. You are required to post at least once within a week of joining. Be courteous! There are always going to be people that disagree with you, so you might as well agree to disagree and not start fights. Don't be racist, sexist, or anything of that sort. Be mature! The site and all its content must be rated PG-13 or milder. Keep cursing and adult content to a minimum. Don't be annoying! I don't want people to join and then start posting all over with things I don't have the patience to read. Either speak properly or don't join. If your first language is not English, let me know and I'll understand, but I don't want pple posting tings liek dis bc i dn't want 2 red it. I reserve the right to ban or delete you.
RP Rules
Post at least one paragraph in-character. There's no word limit, but one good paragraph should do the trick. Just enough to give the other person something to go on. Again, try to be literate. Wait for your characters to be accepted before you post. It probably won't take too long. Please post in third person, past tense. For example: "Simba walked to the top of Pride Rock." instead of "I walk to the top of Pride Rock."
Mating Keep it PG-13! Fade to black, people. Lionesses are pregnant for 110 days. I figure we might as well be realistic about something. If you want cubs, PM a staff member and the litter size and traits will be chosen at random. Character ages: Cub, Teen, Young Adult, Adult, Elderly. Pretty self-explanatory I think, but to be clear, they become teens around the time the males start growing their manes in, and Kiara and Kovu were young adults by the end of TLK 2.
Character Rules
One account per character. You can have as many characters as you can keep active, all on separate accounts. That way I can sort them properly. Register with whatever name you want but be sure to change your display name to your character's name. Keep your characters active. It's simple. Plus, since you have to make separate accounts for each one, you'll probably think twice about making too many. Give your characters a lore-friendly name! Like how Simba's name was Simba and not Mike. A good idea is to pick a word that describes your character and then go to Google Translate. You can translate it to Swahili or Zulu, I've even heard some Turkish and Arabic words that sound good. Then check our name claim and see if the name is available.
